This toolkit is designed for partners and providers to share information with Rhode Island Medicaid members. It includes materials to help members understand important Medicaid updates, and the actions they can take to maintain coverage. Materials are organized into the following categories:

Beginning in 2027, federal changes will introduce new Medicaid work requirements and six-month renewals. These changes may affect how Medicaid expansion adults maintain their coverage.

The HealthyRhode mobile app is a convenient way for Rhode Islanders to maintain and view information related to their State benefits, including:
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)

- Medicaid coverage
- Health coverage through HealthSource RI
The app is accessible only to individuals enrolled in benefits through DHS.
