Help Members Prepare for Upcoming Medicaid Changes 

Beginning in 2026 and 2027, federal Medicaid changes will affect some members, including: 

  • Changes to Medicaid eligibility for some non-citizens 
  • New work requirements for some adults on Medicaid
  • New six-month renewal requirements for some adults on Medicaid
  • Changes to retroactive Medicaid (coverage for past medical bills)
