Certified application counselors (CAC) and Navigators are here for you. They help you find information and make choices about your health coverage. These experts help you:
- Understand who can get Medicaid (eligibility)
- Complete forms
- Learn about Medicaid coverage
- Make a complaint or file a grievance
- Protect yourself from fraud
- Learn about other health coverage options if you’re not eligible for Medicaid
- A Health Equity Zone (HEZ) in your community
- The United Way 2-1-1 free help line
- The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC)
- Comprehensive Community Action Program
