Sample Notices to Non-Citizens
New federal laws will stop Medicaid for some people who are not U.S. citizens effective October 1, 2026. Multiple notices will be mailed and emailed to non-citizens who will be impacted by these changes between July and October 2026.
- Physical notices will be mailed on yellow paper.
- Members who have a valid mobile phone number on file will also receive notifications via text.
