Request a Mobile Navigator The Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS), in collaboration with HealthSource RI (HSRI), is partnering with the Rhode Island Health Center Association (RIHCA) to provide additional support to Medicaid members who must take action to renew their health coverage. The Mobile Navigator Program seeks to leverage community-based events as opportunities to raise awareness of Medicaid renewals and assist people in applying for or renewing their health coverage through the RI Medicaid Program or HSRI. This program is currently scheduled to run until June 30, 2024. Navigators will assist event attendees on a first come, first serve basis. Navigators will arrive with laptops, wi-fi hotspots, privacy partitions, and informational materials. For mobile navigators to attend, community events must: Fall within the hours of Monday and Wednesday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., Tuesdays from 8 a.m. – 9 p.m., or Saturdays from 9 a.m. – noon. Be at least two weeks away from the request date. Please note that navigators can only assist MAGI Medicaid members, which include households with children with up to 250% of the federal poverty level and childless adults ages 19-64 with up to 134% of the federal poverty level. Navigators may not be able to assist with questions about complex Medicaid. If your event meets the above criteria, please complete the mobile navigator request form here. The request form will ask for: Event details, such as the name, date/time, and location of your event. The anticipated number of attendees. Whether bilingual support (English and Spanish) is requested. Once the form is submitted, please allow up to 5 business days for a coordinator to reply. Looking for 1-on-1 support?
