MCO Contract Update RI EOHHS and Medicaid are in the process of establishing a new managed care contract. If you or a loved one currently have health coverage through RI Medicaid, it’s important to know that you don’t need to take any action at this time. When a new contract is in place, the State will send information about any next steps.
How To Provide Required Documents You may need to show us certain documents so we can process your Medicaid renewal. If we ask you for documents, you can: Visit a DHS Document Scanning Center at 1 Reservoir Ave. in Providence or 249 Roosevelt Ave. in Pawtucket between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. You can bring your signed renewal form and any required documents for quick scanning while you wait. You can also drop off documents if you can’t wait for them. Leave copies of your documents in a secure drop box at a DHS office near you. Upload your documents to your account at healthyrhode.ri.gov or using the HealthyRhode mobile app. Mail copies of your documents to us at State of Rhode Island, P.O. Box 8709, Cranston, RI 02920-8787.
